We manage customer claims guiding them through the process, liaising with insurers and the many other parties involved, ensuring they remain mobile and get back on the road promptly.
Auxillis provides market leading accident claims management services to motorists. With over 30 years' of experience and expertise, we manage the initial call and assessment, online documentation, vehicle hire, delivery and repair of their car - where necessary. We manage the often complex, expensive and time consuming process: funding a hire vehicle and any repairs, coordinating, arranging and communicating with all parties to return them to the position they were.
From our own fleet of over 13,000 vehicles and network of 60 UK branches we can rapidly provide customers with a comparable replacement vehicle whilst theirs is being repaired or is un-driveable.
For convenience we deliver and collect vehicles, but customers can also drop hire vehicles at the repairer when collecting their own repaired vehicle. We supply a full range of vehicles: domestic, prestige, 4X4, dual control, disabled adapted, taxis, motorcycles and light commercial vehicles. In periods of high demand our longstanding hire partners provide access to an extra 50,000 vehicles. We are able to offer full UK coverage and rapid response.
Through a UK-wide network of over 300 repairers including prestige and specialist bodyshops, we can arrange for your vehicle to be promptly assessed and repaired to the highest standards.
Ensuring customers vehicles are repaired quickly and to accepted industry standards is paramount. Our repair service is provided through our sister company and all repairers are rigorously screened and adhere to contracted service standards, regularly reviewed by ourselves and independent parties. All vehicle damage is assessed by independent engineers with all repairs guaranteed for 5 years. We also manage repairs and services through our partners' networks.
Our award-winning online customer portal has been developed to improve the speed, ease and convenience of the customer’s journey. The portal provides customers with a tailored and secure facility to review and sign all credit hire and repair documents online, speeding up the service delivery and communication process.
In addition to the online document management, the portal also enables customers to track the status of their hire vehicle and the repairs to their own vehicle. The system is integrated with our customer notifications and advises when a status changes and/or a new action is required, giving the customer direct and up to date information.
We provide insurance cover to around 1.1 million UK motorists through a range of underwritten products such as Credit Protection, Replacement Vehicle, Motor Legal Expenses, Excess Protection and Breakdown policies.
To ensure customers do not face the costs of dealing with the consequences of a non-fault accident - where their own insurance may not cover them, or they do not wish to make a claim we provide all customers with complimentary after the event legal and credit hire cover products. See full terms and conditions. We also provide a range of other insurance products designed to assist motorists involved in motor accidents, maintaining their mobility and minimising costs.
We can also help customers to recover personal losses and compensation for injuries that they or their passengers may have sustained in the accident through our sister company NewLaw Solicitors.
With highly qualified specialist solicitors and legal professionals, they can pursue cases providing clear and effective advice.
