Auxillis Recruit Following Business Wins

During the Covid pandemic Peterlee based Auxillis - part of ZIGUP plc - has been actively working to grow its business, landing not one, but two major new business wins. The first, a brand new partner and the second, a significant extension of services with an existing insurance partner. This growth means that Auxillis is already looking to recruit 40 new roles based at its two sites on the Bracken Hill Business Park, with more opportunities planned in the following 6 to 9 months.

The team deliver vital services to motorists on behalf of many of the UK’s most recognised motor insurers, supermarket banks, motor manufacturers and dealership brands. Their core roles involve assisting motorists after an accident, getting them back on the road as quickly as possible and negotiating settlements with insurers.

Auxillis Managing Director, Susan Howe commented, “The impact of Covid has been unprecedented and we have taken every step to protect colleagues, customers and the wider community - including colleagues operating a blend of home and office working. These significant new businesses wins are a great reward for the amazing efforts and resilience of our team.”

She went on to add, “Throughout the pandemic and periods of lockdown, Auxillis has continued to provide essential assistance to motorists, with special support for NHS workers through a partnership with Admiral Insurance providing free replacement vehicles after an accident.”

As a former recipient of the North East Contact Centre of the Year Award, Auxillis is renowned for market leading service quality and enjoys an unrivalled online reputation, achievements made possible by their expert and compassionate team who are supported through a comprehensive induction training and ongoing personal development plans.
