Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum OTE plus benefits, made up of:

• A competitive base salary,


• monthly performance bonus (OTE £3,360 pa),


• £500 tax-free bonus on passing probation.

In this role, you’ll be vital in helping to recover the cost of our customer’s insurance claim by agreeing settlements and payments with insurance companies. Whatever the circumstances of the claim – it’s your role to agree the best outcome for your customer.

A keen eye for detail, the ability to get to the bottom of things and negotiating are second nature to you, but a background in customer service or insurance is optional.
