Auxillis Repair Network

Auxillis works with several nationwide networks of independent bodyshops and repairers. These networks are designed to provide our customers with access to high quality repairs across the UK, for any marque including prestige and specialist vehicles and meeting specific needs for fault and non-fault repairs. All network repairers undergo an exacting review of their capabilities, quality standards and industry qualifications (including RMI, VBRA and MVRA). Network repairers are also expected to operate Audatex estimating systems and to repair vehicles to Thatcham and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring the highest quality repair and broadest spectrum of vehicle and manufacturer coverage.

Working with independent engineers, all vehicles are assessed to ensure they are repaired by the network repairers to the highest standards, employing the most current methods and technology, whilst maintaining cost control. On the rare occasion repairs do not meet the required standard, network repairers are required to operate a clear rectification process.

All network repairers are regularly reviewed using a range of techniques, including:

• Completion and submission of Final Repair Quality Checklists
• Post repair audits and site visits
• All customers are invited to provide feedback via our Customer Satisfaction Survey

Network repairers are expected to operate to agreed SLAs, including:

• Contacting the customer with 2 hours of instruction
• Providing an estimate to the independent engineer within 48 hours of inspection
• 48 hours post inspection by garage.
